“Charge...To the Margins”

It is always joyful to spend time with open-minded folk. Oftentimes we unashamedly assume everyone is on the same page. Yet because open-minded folk understand their mistakes and admit them, reconciling takes up some of the precious time spent together. Hopefully our time together will not only include reconciliation but also the co-creation of a path towards proximity.

Amen and Blessed Be.

Rev. Gerald L. Davis serves as the minister of Church of the Restoration Unitarian Universalist and as an Affiliate Minister at All Souls Unitarian Church, both in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rev. Davis also served as a County Director for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, also in Tulsa.

He earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Social Work and a Master of Divinity and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, respectively. Over the years, Rev. Davis and his ministry have followed the arc of the universe as it bends towards justice.

His sermons are flavorful and provocative, trusting in our spiritual connections. He delights in living life fully with his wife, Joy, and their two children, Brooks and Olivia.

Sunset talks will be held inside. Our speakers and staff have decided that outside is not accessible for too many of our participants.
